- If an items is returned which brings the account spend below any qualifying level, the offer value may be deducted from any refund; and;

Deliveries
Please note that a delivery charge will be added to your order value, where appropriate based on standard charges in weight of products/and shall receive such delivery charge in relation to the delivery of the goods.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. Bean & Leaf Coffee House/ Manoah Essentials Store cannot accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if a delivery takes place at any other time that the estimated date for delivery.
Conformity of goods.
We take every care to ensure the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this Website are not intended to be binding and are intended to only give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.
Stock Availability
We endeavour to display all items currently available on our website, and aim to hold stock of all styles and sized while a product is active. Occasionally, an item will be out of stock, if a product is truly out of stock you will not be able to add it to your bag.
On rare occasions there may be a fault or error with the quantity of products in stock and therefore whilst purchased items may be confirmed and allow payment to process we cannot guarantee the order will be fulfilled. In these circumstances you will be refunded.
Refund policy
At Manoah Essentials, we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase.

-If you have attempted to resolve issues with support staff, and still feel the product(s) you purchased does/do not best fir your requirements, we want to make things right.
Our policy offers a full refund if returned within 30 days of the date of your purchase, provided products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with original packaging. please provide proof of purchase when returning an item. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase, an exchange to the value of the lowest selling price for the returned goods will be offered.
We’d love to know what when wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly.
Please note if you are returning a product/s that is undamaged then the payment for your delivery will not be refunded and the cost of the delivery will be paid by the customer. We recommend you use a tracking shipment as loss of parcels will not be refunded

An item that was received by you as a gift can be returned for an exchange or gift card in store only at Bean and leaf Coffee House, 76 Hertford Street, Coventry, CV1 1LB.
Manoah Essentials and our payment processor submit refund via the payment card that your product/s were purchased with and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Once a refund is agreed and processed please allow 2-5 business working days for your refund to arrive in your bank account. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
